This home is on the national historic register! This home was errected by Swedish settlers from before our nation was a nation! We had to treat this one differently. The home was built before insulation existed! The current owner wanted to preserve everything, but needed comfort and energy savings. We built an insulated floating floor! Sealed what we could without touching this gem!!
